Firefighters have rescued a driver from an overturned car after a crash in Corsham.
Emergency services responded to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Pickwick Road at around 4.30pm on Thursday (27 March).
A red Nissan Juke flipped onto its side in impact with a parked car – trapping the driver inside.
Two fire engines – from Corsham and Chippenham – were sent to the scene, a spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
They added: “Crews used cutting and stabilisation equipment to release one casualty from one of the vehicles.”
Wiltshire Police confirmed that the smash involved two vehicles – one of which was stationary.
The force said that no arrests were made, and nobody sustained serious injuries.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service said that one ambulance attended the scene, but no one was conveyed to hospital.
